SPIRITUAL WARFARE WEEK 1

Oct 11, 2026  •  Craig Hudgins

What if the spiritual battle we face every single day is more real, more organized, and more urgent than we have ever stopped to consider? Revelation 12 pulls back the curtain on a war that began in heaven and has landed squarely in our lives, our homes, and our communities. The enemy described in that passage is not a distant or abstract figure. He is the same adversary we encounter when our marriages are strained, when our children drift, when we feel accused and unworthy, and when the very act of opening our Bible suddenly seems impossible. Understanding who he is, what drives his rage, and how he operates is not meant to frighten us. It is meant to wake us up. He is called the dragon, the old serpent, the devil, and Satan, and each name tells us something critical: he destroys, he deceives, he slanders, and he opposes. When we recognize his tactics, we stop blaming ourselves or each other for every struggle and start seeing the spiritual reality underneath it all. That awareness alone can change the way we fight.
